How do 2- and 3-month plans work?+
Monthly plan: billed every month at the standard price, with no discount.
2 month plan: 5% off every month, paid upfront in one payment.
3 month plan: 10% off every month, paid upfront in one payment.

Can I change my dose during my plan?+
Yes. You can change your dose at any time, guided by your clinician. Go up, stay where you are or come down, for whatever reason.
Just message our team before your next order. Your prescriber will review the change, and we’ll recalculate your remaining months at your plan discount. You only pay or get back the difference.
What happens when my plan ends?+
Your plan renews automatically for the same length, at the price for your dose at that time. We’ll email you a reminder before your renewal date.
If you’d rather switch to a different plan length, including monthly, you can do that from your next renewal date. You can also cancel before your renewal date.
What if I have side effects?+
Message our clinical team. They can help you manage side effects and adjust your dose where needed.
If side effects become significant, that counts as a medical reason to end your plan early. You won’t be charged for any remaining months, and we’ll refund any months of medication that haven’t been dispensed yet.
Can I pause or cancel?+
You can’t pause or cancel during a 2-month or 3-month plan unless you have a medical reason (for example, significant side effects, an adverse event, or pregnancy) or you move outside the UK. These exceptions are decided by our clinical or customer care team.
If your prescriber decides treatment is no longer right for you, your plan ends and we refund any months of medication that haven’t been dispensed. See our Multi-Month Plan Terms for more details.
When will I be charged?+
Only once your treatment is approved. Your first payment covers the full length of your plan. If a prescriber decides treatment isn’t suitable for you, you won’t be charged.
